30-Day Free Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident ordering from VLOGGER. You may request a return within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.
Free returns
Eligible returns are free. After your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label or equivalent return instructions at no cost to you. Please do not send an item back without contacting us first, as the correct return address will be included with your approved return instructions.
Return eligibility
To qualify, the product must be returned in the condition in which it was received, with all included accessories, manuals, gifts and original packaging. You may open and inspect the product as you would in a store, but we may reduce a refund if the item has been used or damaged beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it. Proof of purchase is required.
How to start a return
Email info@vloggercamera.com with your order number, the name used for the order and the reason for the return. If the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, please include clear photos or a short video so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if there is a problem. We will arrange a free return, replacement or refund as appropriate. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Buy One Get One Free and bundle returns
If your order included a Buy One Get One Free offer or another bundle promotion, all items supplied as part of that offer must be returned to receive a full refund. If only part of the offer is returned, the refund may be recalculated using the regular price of the items you keep.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards cannot be returned. We also cannot accept items that have been materially altered, deliberately damaged or returned without the included components. These exclusions do not limit any rights you have for faulty or misdescribed goods.
Exchanges
For the fastest exchange, contact us to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or valid evidence that they were sent back, as applicable. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the credit.
If you paid for an upgraded delivery service, only the standard delivery amount is refundable where required by law. Free standard delivery has no shipping charge to refund.
United Kingdom customers
Our 30-day free return policy is in addition to your legal rights. UK distance-selling customers generally have the right to cancel within 14 days after delivery and a further 14 days to return the goods. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable UK consumer law.
Order cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order before dispatch, contact us immediately at info@vloggercamera.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment has started.
