Shipping Policy
VLOGGER offers free tracked Standard Shipping for Creator Combo orders delivered to the United States. United Kingdom orders include free Royal Mail delivery.
Processing time
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day. During launches, promotions or unusually high demand, processing may take a little longer.
Estimated delivery times
- United States – Free Standard Shipping: approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- United Kingdom – Royal Mail (Free): approximately 2–4 business days after dispatch.
- United States Express Shipping: approximately 1–2 business days after dispatch when available; the price is shown at checkout.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather and other events outside our control may affect delivery.
Tracking
When your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first update.
Address accuracy
Please check your delivery address before submitting your order. Contact info@vloggercamera.com immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee address changes after fulfillment has started.
Customs, duties and taxes
Free shipping covers the delivery charge. Any import duties, taxes or customs charges required by the destination country are separate unless checkout states that they are included. Customers are responsible for providing any information reasonably requested by customs or the carrier.
Delayed, lost or damaged parcels
If tracking has not updated for an extended period, the parcel is marked delivered but cannot be located, or the package arrives damaged, contact us at info@vloggercamera.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and help arrange the appropriate resolution.
