These Terms of Service govern your use of vloggercamera.com and purchases from VLOGGER. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
Online store terms

Product information
We aim to present product descriptions, images, specifications, colours and availability accurately. Screen settings and manufacturing updates can cause minor differences. We may correct errors, update information or withdraw a product when reasonably necessary.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been processed or dispatched. We may cancel or limit an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing or stock errors, delivery restrictions or misuse of a promotion. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the affected amount.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable taxes, duties and delivery charges are shown or described before purchase where possible. Payment must be authorised using an accepted payment method.
Promotions and Buy One Get One Free offers
Promotions are available for the stated period and while stock lasts. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined. For a Buy One Get One Free order, the free item is linked to the paid item. Refunds for partial promotional returns may be recalculated based on the regular price of items retained, as explained in our Return and Refund Policy.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery estimates are provided in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. They are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly stated. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for checking tracking updates.
Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, including our 30-day free return offer. Your statutory rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are not affected.

The website, VLOGGER branding, text, graphics, photographs, video, design and other content are owned by or licensed to VLOGGER and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website only for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.
